Es fällt mir leichter dir nah zu sein, wenn uns andere beobachten.
Du lässt deine Mauer fallen und ich darf die Steine tragen.
Ich darf sie nehmen und neu anordnen. Du lachst und redest, ein kurzer Blick zu mir, dein Mut steigt auf, ich fühle mich sicherer.
Deine Beine streifen meine, deine Hand verweilt länger als sonst. Unsere Beobachter geben uns Schutz.
Wenn wir alleine sind ist jede Bewegung von Gedanken verlangsamt, fast schon beschwert motorisch fordernd.
Meine Haut sehnt sich nach deiner. Deine Gedanken kämpfen in Stille mit meinen.
Ich kämpfe darum dass du meine Gedanken spürst aber wir hören unseren Augen nicht zu.

When you stand beside me
It is easier for me to be close to you when others are watching us. You let your wall fall and I get to carry the stones.
I may take them and rearrange them. You laugh and talk, a quick glance at me, your courage rises, I feel safer.
Your legs brushes past mine, your hand lingers longer than usual. Our observers give us protection.
When we are alone, every movement of thoughts is slowed down, almost weighed down.
My skin longs for yours. Your thoughts fight in silence with mine. I fight for you to feel my thoughts but we choose not to hear our eyes.
